Submitted via website 4/3/06 Kimiko does occasionally make my ears bleed because she laughs too close to the microphone. And I also pretty much take offense to the whole discussion on why Asian men are undesirable, but.... I still <3 the show. You guys are horrendously gross and I remember why I keep putting off listening to it longer and longer after every episode... but i'm still following! Actually, my favorite moment in the whole episode was the choice of Popcorn for the intro. That was awesome. |

Submitted via website - 1/27/06 Hey Bitch, you shouldn't worry too much about anyone driving your car. You've already wrecked sufficiently. |

Submitted via email - 12/15/05 Man, You should just premise any episode by saying "Everything we say is based on something we heard sometime or have tried to figure out for ourselves. We honestly don't really know anything" as opposed to "we're sorry if we offend anyone." Because wow, so many goddamned retractions and errors. Its like the Abby Malard bobblehead toy in my cereal. Its fun to find them all. But wow, sooooo many errors and apologies. Hilarious. Luke |

Submitted via website - 12/4/05 From Lauran the cosplay girl -- You guys seem to be totally confused about a few things. #1, my personal website is usually only shown to other cosplayers, sort of an informational site and picture gallery. Japanese cosplayers take cosplaying very seriously, and they even carry cosplay "business cards". Anyways, I am in the middle of writing my 2nd website. You might find it interesting or not. (url removed) Also, I lived in Japan for 13 months and spent every weekend in Harajuku (unlike your assumption that I have never been) I don't have an identity crisis but I have a sense of humor. The cosplay I do is almost strictly Japanese, but I am white, and therefore it is strange for me to get recognition of my Jrock cosplays and Lolita clothes. In any case, I dislike American culture to the point that after graduation I am moving back to Japan and changing my citizenship eventually. Lastly I must say, I totally agree on the whole Gwen Stefani ruining the image of Harajuku, but the funny thing is that only American's who know about real Harajuku fashion and culture are incredibly irritated. Whereas in Japan, nobody knows who Gwen Stefani is, and nobody cares. That is the way that Harajuku is, unless if your Japanese or British nobody cares about you there. Oh, and my name is pronounced just like Lauren, it is just spelt with an a instead of an e. I suggest you boys brush up on your knowledge about a culture that is larger than you can even imagine (such as Harajuku) before you criticize it, because to me and my friends you two sound completely ignorant about the subject that it is almost funny. |
